About the Project
The Apasay Grand Tower, located in the Qasemabad area of Mashhad, was constructed using INAB Cement Board and GFRC façade systems. In this project, GFRC panels were manufactured and installed in two custom sizes, 120×120 cm and 120×80 cm, tailored to the specific design features and requirements of the project. In certain parts of the façade, particularly in balconies and terraces, GRC lattice components were used as cladding elements.
The execution of this project involved precise engineering and factory-based production processes.

Initially, a reinforced metal frame was designed and manufactured for each panel in the factory, which was then connected to the cement board panels. The panels were subsequently installed by attaching the metal frames to the façade substructure. The installation method, which relied on welding and precise fastening of the frames to the substructure, ensured not only greater durability and structural integrity but also uniformity and quality in the final façade.
All stages, from initial design to installation, were carried out in strict accordance with international engineering and construction standards. The project was successfully completed in 2020.
The INAB GFRC panel with the Apasay design, inspired by diverse geometric shapes resembling a honeycomb, is considered one of the unique creations of the ENAB group. This special design features diamond-shaped grids arranged to form star-like patterns, combined with honeycomb-like cavities that highlight its distinctive characteristics. When light passes through these grids, the panel creates a striking and elegant visual effect. This luminous feature not only enhances aesthetic appeal but also adds depth and sophistication, transforming the façade into a modern and impressive architectural element.
