The six-story Shahkar Nab residential building, located on Simorgh Street in Nishapur, is one of the most visually striking projects in the area, setting new standards in the construction industry of Nishapur with its unique design. In this project, GFRC panels with the Harmony Puzzle design were used as part of the façade, inspired by nature to create a calm and pleasant environment for the residents.

The combination of these panels with natural travertine stone not only enhances visual aesthetics but also improves the building’s thermal and acoustic insulation. The installation of this design was carried out using INAB’s proprietary system, which, by utilizing metal screws and scopes, allowed for faster and more precise panel installation. This system also creates a protective layer that prevents moisture and dirt from penetrating behind the panels, thereby extending the building’s lifespan.

Additionally, the flexibility of this system enables the execution of complex and diverse designs. Shahkar Nab was completed and put into operation in 1401 (2022/2023). This project serves as a successful example of using modern materials and construction methods, demonstrating how beauty and functionality can be combined to create high-quality and durable buildings.

The INAB GFRC panels with the Harmony Puzzle design, measuring 60×60 cm, possess unique architectural features that make them an ideal choice for modern building façades. These panels are designed as a combination of hollow and solid squares, and their puzzle-like arrangement creates a dynamic and visually engaging façade. The geometric design generates an illusion of depth and dimension, which appears differently from each viewing angle. This characteristic is highly valued in modern architectural façades, as it allows for a harmonious balance between simplicity and complexity in the overall structure.
