About the Farabord Project
The Farabord Office Building project of Iranian Data Company has been given a modern and distinctive façade through the design, production, and installation of Dezhān GFRC panels by the INAB group.
In this project, a dry installation method was implemented specifically by the INAB group, and the panels were produced in an off-white color.
The Dezhān panels were custom-designed and manufactured using multiple molds in various dimensions, tailored to the building’s structure and specific functional requirements. The panel sizes used in this project include 51×78 cm, 51×51 cm, and 25×52 cm.
These panels are made of GFRC (Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete), which, due to its high durability and attractive appearance, is an ideal choice for such projects. In certain areas, flashings were produced and installed with GFRC to achieve optimal performance and aesthetics.
The use of modern materials such as GFRC, composite, and glass in the terrace areas gives the Farabord building a unique and innovative appearance, making it a notable project in modern façade design. Additionally, the use of contrasting colors with a minimal palette (white and black) further emphasizes the modern character of the project.
The INAB GFRC panels with the Dezhān design, custom-designed and manufactured for the Farabord project, exemplify a combination of modern artistry and technology. These panels, produced in various sizes—51×51 cm, 51×24 cm, and 51×78 cm—work together to create a visually striking and functional façade. The unique design, featuring hollow squares, elevates the façade beyond simplicity, giving the building a modern and distinctive appearance.
