About Shahkar Nab Façade

The six-story Shahkar Nab residential project represents a remarkable fusion of architectural artistry and modern engineering. Incorporating cutting-edge innovations in construction and advanced building materials, the project showcases a strikingly beautiful exterior design.

The façade combines natural stone with GFRC panels in the “Daricheh” design, creating a modern and visually captivating appearance.

The GFRC panels, sized 90×120 cm and finished in an elegant bone-white color, have been installed using Inab’s exclusive fixing system (metal screws and scopes). This method not only ensures superior durability but also allows for easy panel replacement when needed.

The “Daricheh” design brings depth and visual appeal to the façade, setting it apart from conventional buildings. Beyond aesthetics, the perforated pattern enhances natural ventilation for spaces behind the façade while creating dynamic plays of light and shadow throughout the day.

At night, smart lighting highlights the unique design details of the Daricheh panels and the natural stone texture, giving the building a distinctive and enchanting identity.

Designed by Inab Architecture Studio, the Shahkar Nab project stands as a symbol of contemporary architectural elegance. By combining GFRC Daricheh panels, natural stone, and intelligent lighting, this residential complex achieves a unique identity that seamlessly blends beauty, functionality, and innovation.
