The Parnian Commercial and Residential Project, executed by Khakriseh Company, marks the firm’s first step into the construction market of Qom and its initial move toward establishing a brand in this sector.

The main feature of the project’s façade is the use of GFRC (Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete) panels supplied by Inab. These panels, with a perforated brick design and dimensions of 90×70 cm, add a unique and modern aesthetic to the building. This special design makes Parnian a distinctive project in the area, combining stone, brick, and GFRC panels in an off-white color.
