About the Project

The U-Tower (Sharax Residential Tower) project, built on a 100,000 m² plot of land along the Simorgh coast in the eastern strip of Kish Island, is located just 100 meters from the sea and was designed and executed using the finest materials. With its unique semi-circular design, the tower enjoys an exceptional location that offers breathtaking and panoramic views of the sea. This outstanding position ensures that most of the units benefit from excellent sea views.
