About the Project

The Trita Complex is one of Inab’s prominent projects in Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Province, located in Shahr-e Kord and designed and executed in close collaboration with Engineer Bayi Tabar. This project stands as a successful example of combining technical expertise, creative architectural design, and the purposeful use of modern, durable materials.

The building’s façade features a combination of brick cladding and GFRC panels in the Bermuda design, creating a unique, visually striking, and enduring identity. The GFRC panels, sized 50×100 cm, not only enhance the modern and luxurious appearance of the building but also provide exceptional technical durability and longevity to the façade.

The artistic blend of brick and GFRC is particularly noteworthy: the warm-colored, textured brick conveys familiarity and authenticity, while the GFRC panels introduce a modern spirit and orderly geometry to the façade. This contrast is not a clash but rather a design strength. Additionally, the project was executed using Inab’s specialized installation method under the supervision of Engineer Bayi Tabar. Attention to detail, precise alignment, and complete coordination in the installation of materials ensure that the façade is visually cohesive and appealing from every angle.

Bermuda Design – GFRC Panels

The Bermuda design is one of the most beautiful, distinctive, and popular GFRC panel patterns offered by Inab, providing a modern and unique appearance to building façades. Like other Inab GFRC products, these panels can be custom-ordered in various sizes and colors.

The panel’s design pattern is based on a combination of inverted and symmetrical triangles, creating a geometric and orderly structure. This arrangement produces natural light-and-shadow effects, resulting in a dynamic, visually striking, and distinctive façade. In some of the perforated areas of this design, solid sections are incorporated to maintain mechanical strength, which not only enhances the technical performance but also reinforces the visual cohesion of the pattern.
