Composite Façade – Yadegar Commercial Complex, Neyshabur

The composite façade of the Yadegar Commercial Complex in Neyshabur was one of the most challenging projects undertaken by Inab Company. The design of this façade was carried out by Ms. Fazayeli, while Inab was responsible for executing this unique and exceptional project.

In this project, the composite panels were carefully cut and CNC-machined with high precision. Due to the large open areas in the panels, which reduced their structural strength, the cut sections were reinforced from behind using additional panels and argon welding to enhance durability and strength. This reinforcement method prevents deformation of the panels caused by wind pressure or other environmental factors. By strengthening the cut sections, the lifespan of the façade is increased, and the need for maintenance is reduced.

The façade design of the Yadegar Commercial Complex is a successful example of the fusion of art and architecture, designed by Ms. Fazayeli.

In this project, the creative use of poetry—especially celebrating the historic and ancient city of Neyshabur—combined with the elegant Nastaʿlīq calligraphy and intelligent lighting, has transformed the building into a prominent visual landmark in the heart of Neyshabur.

The inclusion of poetry, reflecting the rich history and culture of the region, alongside a modern design harmonized with the urban fabric, not only makes the building’s façade unique but also establishes a deep cultural and symbolic connection with the public and visitors. Choosing appropriate verses for the façade was crucial; the selected poetry aligns perfectly with the building’s theme and the cultural context of the area.

This project demonstrates that integrating cultural and artistic elements into façades can transform buildings into lasting works of art while giving cities a distinctive identity. Such projects enhance the beauty and appeal of the urban environment and strengthen the relationship between art, culture, and architecture, fostering a sense of belonging among residents and visitors.
